Microsoft Family Safety

Microsoft Family Safety is especially useful for managing children’s use of laptops at home and school. It lets parents set screen time limits so students don’t spend too many hours online and it can restrict access to inappropriate websites, apps, and games. Parents receive activity reports showing which sites and programs their child has been using, helping them guide safe and balanced computer habits. If needed, spending controls can also be applied to the Microsoft Store, preventing accidental purchases. Because it’s built into Windows laptops, Family Safety works smoothly without needing extra software, making it a practical way to ensure children are using their devices responsibly and safely.
