At the beginning of the new school year, the Library requests applications from students who wish to be Library Monitors. Selected applicants undergo 6-8 weeks of training, completing a set list of tasks. When all of these tasks are completed successfully, students are presented with a Library Monitor badge on Assembly.
Library Monitors assist the Librarian and Library Aide with processing and shelving books and other general Library duties. They are expected to help out one day a week at First Break.
