1. Does your child's account have Administrator Access?
2. Is your laptop's time region set to Brisbane?
3. Is the time on the laptop accurate?
4. Have you completed any pending Windows updates?
5. If your child is using a Microsoft account, have you set up a PIN?
6. Did you use a personal account to create the Windows account?
7. Have you added the website shortcuts to Microsoft Edge?
8. Have you installed all the software from the Software Installation page?
9. Have you uninstalled any trial antivirus software such as McAfee?
10. Have you done a test call in Microsoft Teams to check your microphone and camera?
11. If using Microsoft Family Safety, have you disabled “Only use allowed websites”?
12. Have you opened Word and signed in with your child's EQ account?
13. Have you monitored battery life and made adjustments if needed?
14. Does your child know their laptop login + EQ login?
15. Do you have your headphones and case ready to bring to school?
16. Have you labelled your laptop and case with your name?
17. Have you discussed a daily charging routine?
